MakeFive.com: Tell them what you think…

We've all been quite excited about MakeFive for some time now, but it has only been in recent months that we've really seen some traction with the site. With each month, however, we continue to tweak the interface and make it more enjoyable for users.

Something must be working, as we're finding that a loyal user group is starting to emerge. Every day a couple of people join up, and start making lists. If you're not familiar with the site, let us fill you in. MakeFive allows people to make their top-five list on any topic. This results in anything from silly topics like “The Most Pathetic Celebrities of 2007” to really important topics like “Best 80s TV Shows”.

Part of the excitement seems connected to the "What do you know?" Contest. The contest asks users to share their opinions with the community for authority and free stuff. (Who doesn't like free stuff?) Again, it seems like we're starting to really connect, as a couple of users were logged-in, creating topics for stretches of more than five hours.

And for those who love their Facebook time, there is now a MakeFive Facebook app that allows users to connect these worlds. Yay!
